Seafood dish

Active Time: 25 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Yield: Makes 4 servings

When microwave cooking food, like this Seafood dish, it's important to use glass or ceramic. In this case, an 8- or 9-in. Emile Henry baking dish, works best for retaining the moisture in the fish and circulates the heat better than many glass dishes. Plus, if you use a colorful dish, it adds style to your presentation.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 lb of Haddock fillets
  • 1/2 lb of cod fillets
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill
  • 2 small glasses of warm water
  • 2 large spoons of fresh cream
DIRECTIONS
  • Take the leaves from the chicory.
  • Clean and scrape the asparagus.
  • Remove the strings from the green beans.
  • In a baking dish, place all the ingredients: fillets of haddock, cod and salmon, chicory leaves, asparagus, green beans, shallot and dill.
  • Add the lime juice, white wine, warm water and cream.
  • Cover the dish with a microwave plastic film.
  • Cook in the microwave (if possible with the turntable) at full power for 5 minutes.
