ALFREDO SAUCE
THIS IS A QUICK AND EASY SIDE DISH,THAT PEOPLE LOVES WITH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

METHOD:

1. In a medium saucepan combine whippping cream,butter or margarine and grated parmesan cheese.
2. Cook over medium low heat until smooth.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Sauce will thicken upon standing.
