
FRENCH TOAST
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
6 slices bread(crust off)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon butter
METHOD:
Melt a little butter in a pan.
Lightly beat eggs,whisk in milk and sugar
Add a slice of bread to the egg mixture,turn the bread and allow to become saturated.
Place in the pan and brown on both sides.
Repeat with the remaining bread.
Top the slices with honey.
